Treadstone has grown at a pace that mirrors the intensity of South Africa’s mining logistics market. Its expansion curve ran from 60 trucks in 2021 to 200 the following year, 350 in 2023, 400 in 2024 and 500 in 2025. The fleet moves coal, chrome and iron ore, commodities where payload, turnaround time and corridor discipline determine the economics of the contract.
