Transload entered the BLS group in 2025 with a fleet of more than 100 trucks and a customer base concentrated in FMCG, cement and industry. The acquisition is important beyond the fleet count: it gives BLS a directly controlled road-transport platform to sit alongside warehousing and freight forwarding, strengthening the emergence of a larger Moroccan end-to-end logistics group.
