Introduction
The School Transport Fleet Management Seminar Series organized by Fleet Intelligence® with the support of industry partners equips school owners and transport managers with the knowledge frameworks and industry connections needed to make better safer and more cost effective fleet decisions. Kenya’s private school transport sector estimated at several thousand vehicles and a multi billion shilling annual spend remains largely unstructured with limited procurement frameworks lifecycle planning or professional fleet management. Participants gain access to an industry partner ecosystem, hands on decision support insights and an official printed guide to strengthen fleet governance, reduce risk and improve operational excellence.
Why Attend?
Attendees will gain practical skills to confidently evaluate school transport options using clear, evidence-based decision frameworks, helping them look beyond the purchase price to understand the true long-term cost of operating a fleet and make better budgeting and investment decisions. The seminar will also simplify the NTSA School Transport Rules 2024 into an easy-to-understand guide, making compliance more straightforward and practical. Participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with vehicle manufacturers, financiers, technology providers, insurers, and other key industry partners to compare solutions and ask informed questions in one place. In addition, each attendee will receive a professionally prepared printed decision-support guide with practical tools, checklists, and frameworks they can continue to use for real-world school transport and fleet planning decisions.
